Job Description

Due to the recent downsizing caused by Covid-19 and the closure of borders, we are expecting the applicant to take on a hybrid role with the task descriptions as below: - Answering enquiries made by phone, email, WhatsApp and Instagram and generating sales - Corresponding with clients for supplying required documentation to the authorities - Filling out visa application forms - Liaising with the translation team for translation of clients' documents - Acting as a PA for the lead migration agent (setting appointments, etc.) Remuneration: Salary will be commensurate with the applicant's experience and knowledge.

Requirements

We are ideally looking for applicants with prior experience in Australian or Canadian immigration services. However, applicants with strong command of the English language and those with excellent inter-personal skills are encouraged to apply if they are interested in the position. Training will be provided to the right applicant. We are looking for the following attributes in the applicants: - Utmost Attention to detail - Strong English language skills - Strong problem solving and inter-personal skills - Ability to act as a part of the team - Despite the role is not managerial, the potential ability to manage people will also be highly regarded. Applicants should hold a minimum of Bachelor degree but there is no requirement on the field of study.
