Vice President of Product & Technology

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and visionary leader who can bring together a strong understanding of product and technology with exceptional leadership capabilities to lead and integrate both functions in alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the product and technology strategy in alignment with business objectives and priorities.

Lead and develop product and technology managers and teams, building the structures and capabilities required for sustainable growth.

Oversee the product portfolio, set priorities, and lead the development and execution of product roadmaps.

Define the overall direction for technology, architecture, and infrastructure in line with business and product needs.

Foster alignment and synergy between product and technology teams and ensure their roadmaps are closely aligned.

Build effective collaboration between product and technology and business functions, translating business needs into actionable plans.

Balance business value, customer needs, speed of execution, quality, and technical sustainability.

Make decisions and set priorities regarding key resources and investments across product and technology.

Identify and drive innovation opportunities and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and data-driven solutions.

Establish and develop decision-making and governance processes and frameworks across product and technology.

Monitor the performance and outcomes of the product and technology functions and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Requirements

At least 10 years of relevant experience in product, technology, digital transformation, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in senior management roles.

Proven experience managing multiple teams or specialized functions simultaneously.

Proven experience in developing and executing product and technology strategies.

Experience managing digital products or platforms at significant scale.

Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Deep understanding of product and technology development processes, as well as architecture, infrastructure, data, and emerging technologies.

Strong ability to understand and analyze business models and evaluate the value of product and technology investments.

Experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services is considered an advantage.
