Role description: ● Working closely with multiple stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. ● Ability to understand complex business goals, product and technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging and effective experiences for our customers. ● Ability to research, create and present product user journey maps, user task flows, interaction models, storyboards. ● Overseeing the team’s outputs and ensuring the quality of deliverables. ● Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. ● Develop and manage user mapping as well as, User experience guidelines and acceptance criteria. ● Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements. ● Own and manage assigned projects; keep partners informed of developments, deliver on deadlines, and check-in with a supervisor in case of bumps.
