  • Identify and negotiate with preferred vendors to ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget limitations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication regarding travel logistics.
  • Monitor and report on travel expenditures, optimizing cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in travel logistics or related fields within the purchasing and procurement category.
  • Strong knowledge of international travel regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
