Job Description

  • Reserve and build complete and detailed client files including transport, internal and external booking tickets, and hotel information.
  • Establish and maintain a rapport with clients in order to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve moderately complex client service issues.
  • Search for best fares and show a good understanding of consolidator and net fares.
  • Accurately complete changes to client files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Proficient with hotel and ticket handling, visa/passport providing, and related regulations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize at a busy onsite.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible.
  • Negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Age range: 22 to 35 years old.
