Job Description
- Reserve and build complete and detailed client files including transport, internal and external booking tickets, and hotel information.
- Establish and maintain a rapport with clients in order to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Resolve moderately complex client service issues.
- Search for best fares and show a good understanding of consolidator and net fares.
- Accurately complete changes to client files.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Proficient with hotel and ticket handling, visa/passport providing, and related regulations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize at a busy onsite.
- Detail-oriented and flexible.
- Negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Age range: 22 to 35 years old.
