Job description: Management of shipping documents, control and review of BL FORM and sea waybills Checking commercial documents (invoice and packing list, proforma invoice, insurance policy, etc.) Negotiation and follow-up with shipping lines and forwarders Tracking the status of the container (cargo) and the ship along the way Weekly update of all sea cargo in the flow to the commercial unit Record the specifications and information of shipments in an Excel table to provide reports Register cargo information in Hajar software Sending the notice of arrival to the commercial unit as soon as the ship is unloaded Receiving the shipping invoice from Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping and sending it to the commercial unit for payment Controlling freight bills and sending the physical original to commercial units Receiving the exchange rate (dollars/euros) to pay the freight from the forwarders for the cargoes that are transported by foreign lines. Follow up on receipt of original freight invoices from shipping companies and forwarders
