● Plan, manage, and improve all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, supplier selecting, negotiating, contracting, ordering and etc.
● Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
● Correspond with foreign companies (purchasing, negotiating, and contracting).
● Monitor foreign exhibitions (follow up about registering and all related issues).
● Follow up on money transfers/exchanges and avail new offers from ex-changers.
● Responsible for documentation of all new documents for importation.
● Develop, maintain and manage a strong relationship with current and new suppliers.
● Solve issues such as customs clearance, chamber of commerce, and central bank on a day-to-day basis.
● Manage to send and receive inquiries-offers.
● Prepare purchase reports to CEO (weekly-monthly-annually).
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably, in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or other related fields.
● At least 8 years of experience in the commercial field.
● Proficient in commercial and international business terms.
● Proficient in NSTW and ordering registration procedures.
● Familiar with opening LC and bank procedures.
● Experience in the steel industry is a plus.
● Good communication and ability to work under pressure and must be extremely well-organized.
● Good command of computers: such as ICDL skills.
● Fluent in English: writing, speaking, listening, and reading.
● Excellent command of INCOTERMS, logistics, shipping charters, and international trade processes.
● Strong negotiating skills.
● Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, prioritize assigned tasks effectively and work under pressure.
