Main Responsibilities:
- Visibility on the Smartphone & IT brands in the market and key wining parameters
- Capability to analyze the market players and define strategic GTM programs for market entry and penetration in the channels aligned with sales priorities and targets
- Define and run tactical plans for short term resolution to support sales
- Conducting all level of marketing activities including ATL, BTL, TVC, Online,...
- Handling all the marketing deployment operations with Agencies
- Capability to analyze the requirement & plan for Volume and Value Market share increase in different segments and price bands
- Full view on the market place and regular visits across all country and channels to collect insightful market information
- Develop customer loyalty programs for all the layers
- Program management of the campaigns and promotions & evaluate the performance
- ROI and marketing budget control and maintain program efficiency
- Handling POSM inventory and distribution
- Handling all kind of events like trade gatherings, workshops and training
- Coordinate all other type of marketing plans like product, consumer, brand and service marketing with the vendors & agencies
- Reporting to the head of operation
Requirements
- Academic degree preferably in Marketing, Management, English language, Communications
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in Marketing & Field operation
- Excellent command in English
- Excellent knowledge of ICDL (capable of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills plus team working attitude
- All applicants will be tested for English communication skills (Reading/Writing and verbal conversation)
- An overview of Mobile market status, key players, understanding of the channel landscape & trade marketing efficiency & elements required to be demonstrated by applicants during interview session
