Job Description

- We are looking for a Quality Technical Support to Answer Incoming Support requirement of Costumer of Petiak System - You will join us as full time and in work shift. You will be responsible to handle and troubleshoot costumer s problem with quality of internet service. - Monitoring & Detection - Analysis & Diagnosis - Handles customers’ needs - Document the network management business objectives - Recovery & Reporting - Fault Management - Providing Network and Connectivity services - Backup & restore and Image management

Requirements

- 2-4 years of Experience - CCNA Route & Switch - MTCNA Certification - MTCWE Certification - Gender: Male/ Female - Age: 25 to 35
