Job Description

● Provide support to end users on a variety of issues, identifying, researching, and resolving the software technical problems. ● Check the transaction procedure. ● Check the logs of transaction and analysis of software bugs in systems. ● Work with database and prepare the reports. ● Document, track and monitor the problems to ensure a timely resolution. ● Analyze and resolve financial inconsistency.

Requirements

● Work with the databases. ● Write query. ● Know how to work with Linux. ● Know the electronic payment industry concepts. ● Familiarity with Shaparak requirements. ● Stress management. ● Ability to work in a team. ● Responsible and flexible.
