● Contradiction of operating system information. ● Update operating system data. ● Process automation. ● Collect declared system problems from various support ports. ● Accurate identification of system problems by reviewing operational logs and follow-up to achieve results. ● Document work processes. ● API testing before and after operating system updates. ● Scripting at the operating system and database level.

Requirements

Requirements: ● Familiar with Linux operating system (preferably with a relevant Linux lpic1 certificate). ● Familiar with the database (scripting). ● Familiar with banking business. ● Familiar with ISO 8583. ● Strong knowledge of Network + introductory topics. ● Familiar with documentation and CRM programs. ● Familiar with monitoring systems. Features: ● 1-3 years’ work experience in similar field. ● Bachelor of Computer Software engineering. ● Responsible and has a high teamwork spirit. ● Interested in learning and able to solve problems. ● Patient, regular, hardworking and energetic. ● Ability to communicate and understand and solve problems quickly. ● Second layer support telephone answering.
