Job Description

Sepidar System Support Expert is an individual who monitors the expected performance of customer systems. This team consists of two parts: service center and technical team. In this job, we need someone proficient in accounting or database and networking. Technical team experts must be able to identify existing challenges and solve them to improve support processes and increase service quality.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree (minimum) (National university with a GPA above 15 and Azad University with a GPA above 17). ● Card Service. ● Ability to solve problems and make decisions. ● Communication skills, especially customer relationship. ● Team work. ● Accounting or database and networking knowledge. ● Office knowledge. ● Familiarity with the SEPIDAR software is an advantage. ● Having a computer system or laptop to work while working remotely.
