Kasri Industrial Coatings Consultants Company invites a professional and experienced individual to join its sales team as Head of Technical and Electrical Insulating Flooring Sales.

Job Description:
Implement sales strategies and drive market development
Identify projects and sales opportunities
Prepare technical-financial proposals and manage negotiations
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Coordinate and monitor the performance of technical experts and sales staff in the Electrical Insulating Flooring Department
Oversee the process of ordering, delivery of goods, and after-sales services
Manage customer information in CRM and provide periodic reports
Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, business management, or marketing and business administration
Degrees in chemical, polymer, materials, or electrical engineering, along with advanced business management or marketing qualifications and specialized sales certifications, are considered an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, polymer or chemical materials, or related fields
Thorough understanding of the sales process with the ability to plan, monitor, and execute effectively
Strong leadership, motivation, negotiation, communication, and time management skills
