Technical Manager

Job Description

-Providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration -Recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions -Managing technical resources within budget and project schedule -Identifying opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change -Leading internal teams/task forces -Reviewing the status reports of team members and addressing issues as appropriate -Ensuring the technical operation of the plant is always safe and complies with current legislation and industry standards -Managing operation of plant equipment and systems -Ensuring that all technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures -Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of a facility -Ensuring the proper working of all electrical units and systems in the factory -Reporting to: Factory Manager
