-Providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration
-Recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions
-Managing technical resources within budget and project schedule
-Identifying opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
-Leading internal teams/task forces
-Reviewing the status reports of team members and addressing issues as appropriate
-Ensuring the technical operation of the plant is always safe and complies with current legislation and industry standards
-Managing operation of plant equipment and systems
-Ensuring that all technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures
-Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of a facility
-Ensuring the proper working of all electrical units and systems in the factory
-Reporting to: Factory Manager
Requirements
-Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering or a related field
-10 years of previous experience in the FMCG
-Good organizational and administrative skills
-Highly detail-oriented and organized
-Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
-Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken English
-Ideal Age: 35-45
