Develop critical crop protection and crop enhancement products that will contribute to the future profitability and growth of the business.
Timely and effective planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of trials on the future and the existing portfolio.
Execute product demonstration trials to support the marketing and sales strategy and New Product Introductions (NPl's).
Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Train for the internal and external experts, farmers, and influencers.
Proactive participation in trialing and contribution to protocol management.
Timeous trial planning and execution.
Report trial results. Also, observations/results are not specified in the protocol.
Identify problems, opportunities, and threats.
Technical assistance to sales and marketing departments.
Contact and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Owner of technical expertise per product and crop (projects) and drive standardization and transformation of ways of working and spread expertise through result meetings, training, and sharing of best practices.
Ensure that all operations under direct control comply with company Health, Safety & Environment policies and guidelines, as well as any other relevant company or statutory policies.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Plant Protection.
Strong knowledge of agrochemicals, the key crops, cultivation areas in the related province, and the key pests in the province.
Knowledge of the local market, key players, and competitors.Product development procedures.
Good knowledge of products, diseases, pests, nematodes, weeds, and crops.
Good knowledge of agricultural practices and crop protection.
At least 5 years of experience in the crop protection industry.

Having a driving license.
Military services should be done.
Ability to deliver outputs working across a complex range of interfaces.Ability to maintain standards and technical integrity.
Ability to make several trips per month.
Familiar with agricultural statistical designs for trialing.
