Job Description

The successful candidate for this role will be based in company's IT and After Sales Services, under direct supervision of Technical Manager. Apart from regular network administration, website management, and other regular IT-related subjects, the candidate will be trained to find a good command in video surveillance related software and hardware, along with image processing tools and of course the latest developments in video monitoring industry. The work atmosphere will be dynamic and educational and considering the Hi-Tech and knowledge-based background of the company, this position can be a gateway to a completely new and fast evolving industry. In this role, you will witness the latest developments of world class video surveillance products and you will also be enjoying a unique R&D facility equipped with latest testing and measurement tools. Main responsibilities: - Analyzing and designing systems according to user’s needs. - Develop, create test, implement and modify software applications. - Identify and communicate technical problems. - Maintenance of software applications. - Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information. - Website management and technical support. - Acquire extensive knowledge about image processing tools and Video Surveillance related software. - Interact with all department staff and members of the software development team to ensure the product meets functional requirements prior to distribution to clients. - Remain current on evolving technologies and standards. - Troubleshoot problems and determine product specifications defects. - Resolve the majority of configuration-related issues. - Perform problem reproduction and diagnose problem remotely. - Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints. - Highly organized and able to self-manage. Reporting to: Technical Manager Probation: 1 month Working hours: Sun-Wen 9am-5pm, Thu 9am-2pm
