Job Description

● Respond to customers in person and on the phone. ● Test all network equipment (modem, router, switch, etc.). ● Working with Sorooshan and CRM software.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields. ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● At least three years of relevant work experience. ● Proficient in network concepts and has a CCNA and NETWORK+ certificate. ● Proficient in responding to customers in person and on the phone. ● Proficient in network equipment and having technical knowledge about computer parts. ● Ability to work with Sorooshan software is considered a bonus. ● Familiarity with English. ● Creative and with a teamwork spirit.
