POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – EdTech to own the technical architecture, platform scalability, and engineering execution of digital learning systems.
This role requires strong systems thinking across content delivery, user engagement, assessment logic, analytics, and long-term learner journeys. You will align engineering decisions with educational objectives, product strategy, and measurable learning outcomes.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across product, content, and engineering teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable architectures for learning management and content platforms
• Lead technical decisions across content delivery, assessment systems, and analytics
• Architect systems that support high concurrency, engagement tracking, and personalization
• Collaborate closely with product, instructional design, and content teams
• Review and guide implementation across backend, frontend, and data layers
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and accessibility
• Identify bottlenecks in learner engagement, progression, and content scalability
• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance personalization, adaptive learning, and performance analysis

SKILLS

Learning Platform Architecture
• Strong experience building scalable content-driven or user-engagement platforms
• Understanding of learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platform (LXP) and assessment workflows
• Experience designing user progression and tracking systems

Data & Personalization
• Experience with analytics, engagement tracking, and adaptive systems
• Ability to leverage AI tools for personalization and performance insights
• Understanding of metrics that measure learning outcomes

Scalability & Reliability
• Experience designing high-availability, high-traffic systems
• Strong architectural judgment for long-term platform growth
• Understanding of accessibility and cross-device compatibility

Leadership & Execution
• Ownership of technical direction aligned with product and educational goals
• Ability to collaborate across content, product, and engineering teams
• Clear communication with stakeholders on trade-offs and priorities
