About the Role

We’re looking for a People Partner who can live in both worlds:
- Understand the rhythm of tech/product/data teams
- And translate it into meaningful people experiences

You’ll be the culture builder, advisor, and growth enabler inside TPD — ensuring that every sprint, review, and conversation reflects our values and ambition.

What You’ll Actually Do
•Be the bridge between People & Tech – Partner closely with tech, product, and data leads to design people strategies that fit their teams — not just HR templates.
•Customize the People Journey – Localize onboarding, feedback, performance, and growth processes for TPD. Make it relevant, human, and fast.
•Drive Engagement with Purpose – Run squad-level pulse surveys, engagement rituals, recognition programs, and events that make people actually want to show up.
•Grow the Talent Density – Spot high-potential talent, coach leaders to grow them, and make career paths visible and motivating.
•Act as a Thought Partner – Be the sounding board for team dynamics, structure, and leadership challenges — offering clarity, not clichés.
•Pilot New HR Ideas – Test and refine new HR practices inside TPD as a “lab” for the whole company (think: flexible learning models, peer recognition, feedback bots, etc.).

What Success Looks Like
•TPD teams report higher engagement & trust scores.
•Leaders rely on you for strategic people decisions (not admin).
•HR experiments launched in TPD scale to the entire company.
•People processes feel custom-built, not copy-pasted.

What You’ll Bring
•5+ years in HRBP, People Partner, or Org Development roles (ideally in tech/startups).
•Deep understanding of how engineers, PMs, and data people tick.
•Great listener with structured problem-solving skills.
•Hands-on with data, engagement tools, and creative communication.
•Can hold tough conversations — respectfully, fast, and with clarity.
