• To implement & maintain the critical skills framework and identification of critical skills needed in the organization
• To conduct training needs assessment for staff and liaise with groups to design IDP support individual performance agreement
• To source and develop effective learning solutions to implement staff development plans and individual succession/career development plan for long term development
• To implement learning solutions in an effective way to meet MTNIrancell service standards
• To assess training supplier and provider input to management team to select new suppliers
• To ensure the training data are kept accurate and updated
Requirements
• BA in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
• Experience working in a medium organization
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
