Job Description

● Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. ● Sourcing potential candidates from different channels. ● Providing solutions to reduce costs and to improve the accuracy and efficiency. ● Innovating new ways to increase open positions conversion rate. ● Designing job descriptions and help to design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. ● Managing candidate through the entire life cycle of sourcing to offer process. ● Providing a continuous report on the recruitment process.

Requirements

● Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition. ● A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. ● Strong communication, both oral and written. ● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. ● Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems. ● Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
