● Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
● Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
● Assist and participate in recruitment activities, including career fairs and campus
Recruitment drives.
● Build our applicant database. Research and identify various sources (i.e. universities and
Job portals).
● Assist to prepare monthly/yearly recruitment analytics and hiring status reports.
● Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create recruitment branding materials.
You must have:
● A university degree, or other relevant professional qualifications.
● Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written, with interpersonal skills.
● In-depth knowledge of the industry, to effectively source for ideal candidates.
● Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards.
● Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently.
● Knowledge of working with office software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
● the ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
It’s good to have:
● Work experience as a recruiter in the IT industry, or a similar role.
● Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
