Job Description

We need a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to take charge of our full-cycle recruitment. Besides facilitating effective staffing, you will provide a pleasant experience for our prospective employees throughout the recruitment process. Requirements

We need you to: ● be meticulous, organized, results-driven, and proactive. ● Have a keen understanding of the different roles within the organization. Work closely With hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of the role. ● Source and recruit candidates using various channels i.e. social media, job postings, etc. ● Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent. ● effectively assess applicants and determine the right fit for the job. ● Assist in organizing online technical assessments. ● Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. ● Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. ● Assist and participate in recruitment activities, including career fairs and campus Recruitment drives. ● Build our applicant database. Research and identify various sources (i.e. universities and Job portals). ● Assist to prepare monthly/yearly recruitment analytics and hiring status reports. ● Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create recruitment branding materials. You must have: ● A university degree, or other relevant professional qualifications. ● Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written, with interpersonal skills. ● In-depth knowledge of the industry, to effectively source for ideal candidates. ● Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards. ● Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently. ● Knowledge of working with office software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. ● the ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures. It’s good to have: ● Work experience as a recruiter in the IT industry, or a similar role. ● Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
