POSITION SUMMARY

Supports the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess and hire the right talent while ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Supports end-to-end recruitment activities from approved requisition through sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer management and onboarding handover, ensuring agreed timelines are met.
• Partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, role requirements, success profiles, sourcing strategy and recruitment timelines.
• Builds and maintains diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, universities, agencies and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Conducts CV screening and initial interviews, coordinates assessments and interview panels, and ensures timely feedback and transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Coordinates interview schedules, assessment materials, offer documentation and candidate records, ensuring recruitment data and systems are accurate and up to date.
• Supports employer branding and talent attraction initiatives including career events, university relations, social media campaigns and talent community activities in coordination with relevant teams.
• Tracks recruitment KPIs and pipeline status, provides regular updates to stakeholders, and identifies actions to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, conversion and candidate experience.
• Ensures all recruitment activities are delivered in line with Nestlé policies, local labor requirements and diversity, equity and inclusion principles, escalating risks or exceptions when needed.

Requiments:

• 1-3 years overall experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably within an FMCG or multinational environment.
• Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong communication, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good planning, organization, follow-up and project management skills.
• Strong learning agility and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn is a plus.
• Advanced English language
