In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with candidates, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.


  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and engage with potential candidates.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools.
