We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in full-cycle recruiting. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
You are supposed to :
-Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
-Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
-Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
-Define OKRs and manage workload, development plan, performance reviews.
-Develop college recruiting programs.
-Communicate with external parties.
-Educate and train hiring managers related to recruiting; process, interviewing and etc.
-Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
Requirements
-Proven experience as talent acquisition manager.
-Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding.
-Insight and ability to implement talent management strategies to build and sustain cultural infrastructure in the hiring process.
-Well-organized.
-Leadership and strategic thinking.
-Excellent communication skills.
-BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
