Job Description

● Identify the needs of stakeholders and businesses and their impact on organizational processes. ● Design and model organizational processes. ● Define performance indicators in interaction with process stakeholders to evaluate the success of processes. ● Collect data to identify the root cause of process problems. ● Provide suggestions for process improvement based on relevant analyzes. ● Prepare management reports on the status of processes. ● Cooperate in the implementation and certification of various standards. ● Perform internal audits based on various standards such as ISO9001, etc. ● Provide the necessary infrastructure to create business intelligence.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. ● Mastery of process attitude. ● Mastery of process modeling methods. ● Mastery of ISO9001 quality management system. ● Mastery of software organizational solutions in order to implement processes. ● Sufficient skills in negotiation and debate. ● Familiarity with English. ● Familiar with organizational excellence models.
