Job Description

● Develop, analyze, optimize and improve organizational structure, processes, and procedures and implement them in a suitable information system. ● Conduct internal audits based on the implemented management system standards. ● Define KPIs and measures for processes and manage their measurement and reporting. ● Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards. ● Prepare business analysis and managerial reports in related fields. ● Implementation of process validation and documentation. ● Reviewing and re-engineering work processes periodically and continuously. ● Preparing regulations and instructions.

Requirements

● Good knowledge of BPM discipline and processes. ● Experienced enough in process engineering. ● Problem solving and conflict. ● Teamwork spirit and good communication skills. ● Time management and high attention to detail and accuracy. ● Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies. ● Familiar with organization structure and formation development fundamentals. ● Familiar with ISO standards especially process management standards (ISO 9001). ● Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 9001: 2015, BPMN 2.0 is an advantage. ● Expert in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). ● University qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
