Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Review existing processes, identify issues, improve workflows, and develop new optimized processes when needed
• Maintain and develop management dashboards and reports
• Analyze data from Finance and Procurement departments and provide recommendations to improve interdepartmental collaboration
• Implement new and revised processes
• Prepare documentation, develop procedures/instructions, and train employees
• Continuously update and maintain required information and data

Skills & Competencies:
• Full proficiency in ERP systems
• Familiarity with data analysis and related tools
• Proficiency in analytical and management software such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, or similar tools
• Ability to design, implement, and review organizational processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
