Systems and Methods Manager

Job Description

• Troubleshooting, reviewing and re-engineering work processes in the company on a periodic and continuous basis.
• Preparing and compiling draft regulations, circulars and instructions required in cooperation with other specialized areas of the company.
• Monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive measures and providing necessary suggestions and following up until results are achieved.
• Monitoring the design, implementation and optimization of business intelligence (BI) systems for analyzing performance and business data.
• Training employees on the optimal use of new systems and processes.
• Extracting appropriate performance indicators and KPIs in all processes.
• Preparing analytical reports for senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitoring of the BI dashboard and its constant updating.

Requirements:

• Proficient in ERP systems and BI software.
• Familiarity with process optimization standards and methods.
• Analytical skills and ability to manage complex data.
• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
