- Gathering, validating, evaluate, improve and documenting business information and processes in all organization systems.
- Assuring process effectiveness throughout the organization by means of compliance with the international standards for management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001).
- Lead and manage all ISO efforts in the Workshop, being the main local contact along with responsibility for related Quality activities.
- Capable in Implementation & Auditing Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Preparing managerial reports from processes and workflows
- Planning and executing strategic vision for organizations, resolving conflicts and monitoring processes to ensure proper vision execution
- Develop a model for evaluating the performance of departments of the organization in accordance with the expertise of each department
- Perform statistical analysis and compilation of management reports and collecting and analyzing reports from different departments and present as a dashboards to the manager
- Gathering and analyzing business data, preparing standard reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process to support business needs.
- Ability to plan OKRs and being KPI oriented
- Preparing and analyzing KPI requirements for the BI Dashboards
- Presenting the performance report of the administrative units of the headquarters and regions on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis to calculate the KPI of the unit and the colleagues of the unit
- Developing Business Intelligence dashboards in different marts
Requirements
- Familiarity with OKR functional management tools
- University Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of system development
- Fluent in quantitative performance management methods (such as OKR)
- Proficiency in designing and analyzing system processes and methods
- Expert in preparing of organizational document
- Being responsible for defining and monitoring process indicators
