All interested persons who are ready to work in a dynamic, professional, and learning environment will be invited to cooperate with us in the following areas: The role: ● Design, document, and implement the required solutions in the field of CRM software. ● Recognize, analyze and document customer needs. ● Analyze, design, and produce customer order-specific solutions. ● Present intra-organizational and inter-organizational produced solutions. ● Attend at customer’s site and installing and implementing the produced solutions and teach. ● Deploy and implement CRM and ancillary products in the field of customer relationship management. ● Continuous and effective interaction with the organization’s support and development department.

Requirements

● Familiarity with Office, especially Word and Excel. ● Having full mastery of solutions and general products of Samanehaye Modiriat. ● Familiarity with server operating systems and network concepts. ● Familiarity with database (SQL Server). ● Familiarity with UML and BPMN. ● Having strong analytical skills. ● Having a creative approach to solve problems. ● Having team spirit. ● Having general knowledge in the field of software and information technology. ● Familiarity with the concepts of customer relationship management (CRM). ● Preferably familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. ● Having effective communication skills including listening to the needs of the beneficiaries and creating a sense of trust in them and effective expression. ● Having the skills of teaching to other people. ● Familiarity with English. ● Being interactive, agile, and interested in learning and progress in work. ● Having a degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA or Information Technology. ● Type of cooperation: Full time.
