Job Description
- Works as part of a highly productive team to create world class enterprise software. - Plans, organizes and conducts phases of software projects based on an assessment of software functions, performance requirements, design specifications, major routines, and utility programs. - Plans, develops, and delivers fixes for diagnosed functional and performance problems and enhancements. - Authors and reviews functional specifications describing all planned feature development - Development of complex software product/system testing procedures, programming. - Design RDB storage of data for new developments, and mapping of RDB to object-oriented interfaces, accounting for concurrency, scalability and performance. - Resolves complex software compatibility and interface problems, and analysis of system architecture. - Applies complex concepts in the creation, design, development, coding, testing, debugging of software products/systems and beta support for assigned software programs, applications and projects. - Applies knowledge of object-oriented programming, computer or interpreter technologies, embedded systems, relational databases and new/advanced programmer language. - Consults with clients concerning maintenance of complex software product/systems. Work in close cooperation with application developers to (a) understand their use cases (b) assist in design of the solution (c) define server requirements - Diagnosis, debugging and repair of server defects and/or performance issues, plans and develops new system features, with the focus on diagnostic and self-testing extensions. - C/C++/Linux and script development expertise. - Document unit requirements at the function (or method) level.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with C/C++ - Expert in C++/Linux server side application development/testing. - Experience in application defect tracking. - Experience in OOP. - Experience in sockets / pipe / multithreading programming. - Strong experience in memory management. - Expert in data structures and algorithms. - Experience in Linux script. - Experience with source code control systems. - Good understanding and working experience in data network - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills. - Familiar with MySql database. - Familiar with streaming methods and real time systems. - Education: - NOT IMPORTANT Duration: - Permanent.
