Job Description

The main purpose of this post is to organize and manage psychological and social services provided to patients and their families. Roles: ● Developing and improving work processes in support services in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness. ● Preparing and adjusting the annual budget. ● Monitoring and control of budget expenditures. ● Monitoring and evaluating the performance of people under supervision (guidance, training and performance evaluation, etc.). ● Monitoring the main indicators of the supervised areas. ● Solving problems and conflicts inside and outside the unit.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Psychology, Management, or HRM. ● At least 4 years of team management experience. Required skills: ● Problem-solving skills. ● Conflict resolution skills. ● Effective communication skills. ● Ability to prepare management reports.
