The Vandad Service Company, a subsidiary of Hamrahtel Group is a leading player in the Iranian cellphone market, specializing in providing high-variety products and exceptional services to customers. In this company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply and ensuring the availability of all spare parts required by our repair team. Your primary goal will be to forecast the needs accurately and efficiently deliver the spare parts to our warehouse while maintaining high-quality standards and competitive pricing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure the timely availability of spare parts for our repair team.
  • Forecast the demand for spare parts based on historical data, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the repair team, sales department, and procurement team, to gather information on spare part requirements.
  • Identify reliable suppliers who can provide high-quality spare parts at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for procurement.
  • Monitor supplier performance regularly to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels based on demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation of spare parts from suppliers to our warehouse.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks or opportunities in the supply chain.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a supply manager or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms from suppliers.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Familiarity with the cellphone market and spare parts is a plus.
