
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demand forecasting based on capillary sales data, daily load unloading, route coverage and product seasonality
- Analysis of inventory and circulation of goods in the central warehouse and all provincial branches
- Safety stock inventory management for high-circulation and low-circulation goods
- Preventing shortage of goods in branches and managing goods close to expiration date
- Lead Time management, ensuring and controlling the risks of delay in receiving the goods
- Direct communication with production to allocate capacity and prioritize SKUs
- Management of the full cycle of purchase orders from the factory to the branch delivery
- Monitoring the service level (Service Level) to the sales network
- Control of discount orders, promotions and sales waves
- Allocation of goods to branches based on warehouse capacity, sales needs and company policy
- Control of stagnant, residual, low-circulation goods and identification of supply bottlenecks
- Participating in S&OP design and monthly coordination meetings with sales and distribution operations
Qualification conditions:
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of demand planning, supply or inventory management in national distribution or FMCG companies
- High skill in data analysis, modeling, inventory calculations and supply cycle
- Related education: industrial engineering, industrial management, supply chain, MBA
- Mastering the principles of forecasting and demand forecasting models.
- High skill in supply chain risk analysis.
