Job description:
• Preparing required bank documents and submitting to the bank to obtain the CBI allocation
• getting CBI allocation code
• Purchasing currency in the Nima system
• Announcing the final negotiated quoted rates in the Nima system for approval to do the payment.
• Getting Swift code from Exchange House
• Sending Swift to supplier and obtain confirmation
• Receiving tracking code to release goods from customs
• Arrange for documents endorsement in bank
• Eliminate Bank commitments (Purchase /Sell )
• Foreign Currency Selling in NTSW (Earned from Export)
• Opening LC
• Reconciliation with Banks and Exchange houses
• Preparing purchasing /Selling currency Reports
• Confer with Finance to have payment forecast and create payment plans that ensure availability of materials or products
• Negotiate prices with Exchange Houses /Banks
• Exchange house /Bank Evaluation
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Excellent English proficiency
- Requires an excellent understanding of the supplier's business and processes
- Sufficient knowledge of general international business principles
- Excellent time management to meet critical deadlines
- Sufficient knowledge of foreign purchase process, shipping documents, order registration &
insurance.
- Interpret, apply, explain and enforce Iran’s business policies, laws and regulations, procedures and
programs
- Principles and procedures of record keeping and reporting
- Good command of Excel & Outlook
