Job Description

  • Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy.
  • Ordering and checking of materials for production.
  • Collaborating with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Determining key supply chain KPIs.
  • Suggesting solutions for process improvements.
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Helping in training and evaluating employees.
  • Providing constructive feedback to top-level management.
  • Working with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine the best vendors and distributors.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • Proficient in English.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a supply chain manager.
  • Explicit experience with supply chain management software.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
