Job Description

Analyze supply chain data and performance.
Create the company’s supply chain strategy.
Evaluate and report on KPIs.
Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).
Support the merchandise department to increase the profitability of suppliers: costs vs. logistics rebates.
Propose the yearly department budget and ensure respect for the approved budget.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of related experience in the plastics in the retail industry.
Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Creative thinker, problem solver, independent personality with self-disciplined personality.
Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing skills.
Fluent in English.
