● Create the company's supply chain strategy.
● Analyze data from transportation and delivery processes.
● Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to create and deliver an effective supply chain.
● Create performance criteria to measure, compare or evaluate factors affecting the supply chain.
● Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of materials and supplies available in the company, in the sites, and in the factory.
● Maintain the required amount of resources and materials to optimize production.
● Analyze current inventory and procedures and suggest improvements to increase supply chain efficiency and company profitability.
● Assess material handling equipment and personnel requirements and provide recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, handling, and storage of materials.
Requirements
● Proficient in English or Turkish.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
● Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
