Job Description

● Negotiate the price of raw materials, products, and delivery with suppliers, manufacturers, and sellers. ● Find new suppliers or manufacturers to meet customer demand based on the company's strategy and requirements. ● Monitor suppliers' performance, evaluating their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. ● Identify new qualified suppliers in cooperation with other departments. ● Participate in the product development team as a consultant and provide information and guidance on material availability and cost. ● Collaborate with other departments and identify and maintain resources needed to create and deliver an effective supply chain. ● Create performance metrics to measure, compare or evaluate factors affecting the supply chain. ● Prepare and maintain an accurate inventory of materials and supplies available in the company, sites, and in factory. ● Maintain the required amount of materials to optimize production. ● Analyze inventories and current procedures. ● Propose improvement methods to increase supply chain efficiency and profitability for the company. ● Create policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality.

Requirements

● At least five to ten years of work experience in the fashion leather shoe industry and related industries. ● At least a Bachelor's degree. ● Good level of English. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers. ● Strong leadership and supervisory skills. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Thorough understanding of the company's products and logistics. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
