Guiding the development of strategic projects and operational plans and following up on relevant reports and monitoring corrective measures.
Monitoring and confirming all reports, statistics, and information output from the units under supervision.
Supervising the filing of necessary files and keeping the department's information archive up-to-date.
Monitoring the protection and maintenance of files, documents, and information files in the supervised units.
Documenting and sharing the resulting knowledge according to knowledge management mechanisms in the company.
Forecasting and estimating the needs of matters under supervision, including human resources, hardware, and software, and following up on the provision and provision of needs.

Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
Mastery of project management and project control standards.
Mastery of establishing common standards.
Mastery of standard processes in different departments.
Ability to design and formulate executive and operational policies.
Mastery of productivity indicators and their measurement methods.
