Requirements
● At least three years of work experience in the requested fields.
● Having MCITP, Storage+, and VMware ICM certificates.
● Good understanding of IT security concepts.
● Experience working with storage devices and virtualization.
● Troubleshooting experience.
● Ability to work in a team.
● Ability to actively search for solutions from knowledge sources, and supporting documentation.
● Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and other skills.
● Ability to provide customer service.
