Job Description

● Management of all service personnel and trainers. ● Avoid possible problems between coaches and staff. ● Take care of all customer affairs and review their requests and complaints. ● Supervise the executive affairs of the sports club, such as services, funds, etc. ● Train troops to communicate well with customers. ● Direct communication with collection management. ● Provide accurate and timely reports from the sports club for collection management.

Requirements

● Active and energetic. ● Have at least 5 years of relevant experience. ● Maximum age: 40 years old. ● Has a very high public relations. ● Patient and patient. ● Has a good articulation. ● Ability to solve customer and staff problems. ● Has the ability to communicate well and effectively with customers.
