● Manage all service personnel and trainers.
● Avoid possible problems between coaches and staff.
● Take care of all customer affairs and review their requests and complaints.
● Supervise the executive affairs of the sports club, such as services, funds, etc.
● Train troops to communicate well with customers.
● Direct communication with collection management.
● Provide accurate and timely reports from the sports club for collection management.
