Specialized Support and Planning Specialist

(Bodybuilding, Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Supplements)

Job Responsibilities:

Providing continuous support and responding to users through the website platform, domestic and international messaging applications, and initially via phone calls.

Preparing specialized plans, including nutrition plans, bodybuilding programs, corrective exercise programs, and supplement plans, based on the analysis of users’ physical condition, personal goals, and specific circumstances, under the supervision of the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

The most important criterion is the ability to learn and be trained. All required skills will be provided free of charge during the job, and the applicant will develop into a specialized and skilled professional through working with this organization. The following items are considered secondary priorities:

Single employment status: The applicant must not be employed by another company or organization at the same time. Being a student or pursuing education is not an obstacle.

Educational or professional qualifications: Preferred but not mandatory. As mentioned, trainability is the main requirement.

Strong communication skills and proper verbal expression.

Full proficiency in working with AI-based large language models, such as ChatGPT.

Previous work experience is not mandatory; however, it will be considered an advantage.

Working Conditions and Hours:

Working days: Saturday to Thursday; holidays are scheduled on a rotating basis, with salary and benefits provided for working on holidays.

Working hours: Morning shift from 09:00 to 17:00, or evening shift from 15:00 to 23:00.

Work arrangement: This position is fully remote, online, and non-office-based, with no need for physical presence at an office or specific location.

Benefits and Facilities:

Fixed monthly salary: Minimum of 25 million Tomans, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare.

Commission and performance bonuses: Uncapped and subject to increase based on progress, skills, and job position.

Social Security insurance.

Other Conditions:

Gender: No restriction.

Age: Preferably under 28; however, age is not considered a mandatory criterion.

Place of residence: Preferably Tehran or Karaj. However, applicants residing in other provinces may also be considered if they provide a strong résumé and demonstrate satisfactory performance during the interview.
