Job Description

We are looking for some talented (Fresh Graduate) engineers with the below description: ● Identify industry development trends, market opportunities, and threats. ● Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base. ● Manage contacts and customer data; leverage the system to generate additional contacts and sales. ● Lead the preparation of sales plans and forecasts. ● Identify and tailor solutions around customer needs. ● Engage in complex deal structuring and negotiation efforts designed to protect existing business and win new deals. ● Modify GSM to telecom network include 2G/3G/4G/5G.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, IT, ICT, or Computer Software/Hardware or Electrical Engineering from well-known universities. ● Preferred to have less than 2 years of experience in the related area, fresh graduates are also accepted. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Possession of CISCO or Microsoft Enterprise Network Certifications will be considered a great plus. ● Familiarity with GSM Network fundamentals and concepts is highly advantageous. ● Great customer centrism, highly flexible, High tolerance and ability to work under pressure, good teamwork spirit, high eagerness to learn, ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment, and effective time management. ● Strong understanding of sales and customer service; can manage client expectations effectively. ● Time management, prioritize, and structure time to drive key activities and get results. ● Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. ● A good listener that is genuinely interested in clients’ needs and can propose innovative solutions to their challenges. ● Only "21 to 29" years old are acceptable. ● Fair command of English (working language is English). ● Available for full-time jobs and free from university studies. ● Free (Done or Exempted) from I.R.I. military service duty for male candidates.
