Job Description

● Making advanced settings on the software according to customers' needs. ● Fixing software errors and identifying software malfunctions. ● Reinstalling the software on the server or client clients (when the update fails). ● Teaching customers the basic methods of fixing simple errors. ● Reporting to managers at regular and periodic intervals.

Requirements

● Proficient in Windows and relatively familiar with financial and administrative software. ● Good public relations and strong communication skills. ● Organized, committed, and interested in learning. ● Familiar with the principles of customer orientation and professional work.
