
Job Description
At Modalal Group, as part of our digital transformation journey and continuous business process improvement, we are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and organized team member with strong technical skills and familiarity with ERP and enterprise software systems. The ideal candidate will lead software implementation, support, customization, and limited development activities within the organization.
They are expected to manage requirement analysis, implementation, product management, and vendor management, while also being capable of performing technical development and system support as needed to enhance system and user performance.
Responsibilities:
• Execute department-approved policies, processes, and procedures, and ensure proper implementation by the technical team or vendors.
• Lead end-to-end software implementation—including requirement analysis, solution design, and change management.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Act as the internal Product Owner: gather requirements, document needs, and define priorities.
• Provide user support, handle tickets and issues, train users, and offer fast and practical solutions.
• Perform technical customization and limited development using .NET Core, and design/implement web services for system integration.
• Work with SQL Server, including T-SQL fundamentals, writing practical queries, reporting, and data analysis.
• Fully document business processes based on BPMN 2.0 and manage change requests.
• Enhance and upgrade existing systems, and implement new features or modules.
• Prioritize and resolve critical issues promptly.
General Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in software and business processes.
• Intermediate English language skill.
• Strong understanding of business process flows.
• High accuracy in reporting, follow-up, and data entry.
• Work experience in implementation or support of Total Solutions or ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Experience developing with ASP.NET Core & C#,
• Ability to develop Web APIs,
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server (querying and troubleshooting),
• Ability to perform simple to medium-level customizations,
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Power Apps and Azure DevOps is a plus,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX implementation and support,
• Familiarity with Dynamics architecture and capabilities,
• Experience developing Extensions,
• Ability to analyze business processes and understand organizational workflows,
• Strong documentation, communication, and user training skills,
• Familiarity with Product Ownership, Scrum, and Agile concepts.
