Job Description

List of responsibilities: - Analyze and Document current state of exist developing softwares - Determine the degree of compliance of the current situation with software engineering indicators - Provide plan to maintain the stability of existing software and implement the CI solution - Provide comprehensive and forward-looking plan for new software requirements - Provide a plan for the transition from the current state of existing software to the ideal state in terms of software engineering Working Conditions: - Saturday to Wednesday (8 to 16) + Thursday (8 to 12) - Social Security Insurance - Place of work: East of Tehran

Requirements

Proper understanding of software engineering topics including: - Software architecture design - Characteristics of the degree of compliance of existing software implementation with its architectural design - Design patterns in principled coding - SOA and Micro-Service - DDD and TDD - Product testing at different levels - Clean coding rules - Extensible / distributable / testable design - CI / CD - Risk management (Practical use of the above in real projects is a point) - Ability to present and document principles, especially in documenting software components - At least 5 years of experience in software development or related interaction with software development teams - Teamwork spirit and favorable interaction with colleagues - Familiarity with process management topics and agile product development methodologies - University Qualifications: Master of Software Engineering. Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years experience of Software development. Specialist knowledge: Software Architecture, DPs, SOA, Micro-Service, DDD, TDD. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, Leadership.
